The TriCounty League is the primary league that CSCR Softball participates in for 3rd-12th grade girls. 

Teams are formed based on spring assessments.   

PRACTICES:

• Team practices will start in April (weather dependent) and will be held twice per week.  
• Practice days/times will vary based on field availability, coach preference, and age level.
• Players must inform coach prior to practice if they will be absent
• Players must be ready to go with a positive attitude when practice starts; arrive a few minutes early to get gear out/on.

GAME NIGHTS (vary by age-level):

• 8U: single game one night per week May through June
• 10U: double-header one night per week until Memorial Day.  Double-headers two nights per week after Memorial Day through June.    
• 12U: Double-header two nights per week in May and June
• 14U and up: Double-header two nights per week late May through mid-July 

Weeknight games are usually within a 60-mile radius. We typically have an equal amount of home games and away games. The state qualifier tournament and state tournament are typically within a 90-mile radius with your tourney location based on your league standing. 

Each team has the opportunity to play in two CSCR-paid tournaments of their choice, a state qualifier tourney (10U and older), and a state tourney (for qualifying teams).
