The Central St. Croix Rec Program offers an opportunity to play in a competitive traveling league for girls in 3rd grade through 12th grade.
Team assignments will be determined by assessments done with the high school softball coaches annually in February, as well as a review done by youth coaches on the softball committee.
For the Tri County traveling league, team practice will start in April. Practice times will vary based on field availability, coach preference, and age level. Each age level has a double-header one night per week in May as well as one night of practice. When the school year ends, each team will have double headers two nights per week during June and part of July. Game nights vary by age level. Each team will play in a paid tournament of their choice, a state qualifier tourney, and a state tourney. Weeknight games are within a 60 mile radius. The league scheduler tries to keep weeknight games as close to home as possible, i.e. Baldwin, Hudson, Woodbury. We have an equal amount of home games and away games. The state qualifier tournament and state tournament are within a 90 mile radius with your tourney location based on your league standing.
